Clay & Firing

We offer a brown stoneware clay for purchase @ $1.50/lb and also a white clay at $1.75/lb.  Ask us for more details!

Firing: 

Dependent on firing schedules and availability. We are currently firing a glaze load once every two weeks. We are a single fire studio and do not run bisque loads.  

• • Kiln shelf space under 3x3- $7.50 for glaze firing 

  • Kiln shelf space at or under 6x6 - $12.50 for glaze firing

  • Kiln shelf space at or under 9x9- $17.50 for glaze firing 

  • Pot over a 9x9 space - Ask Carleton or Nicky for more details

We offer space in our kiln for firing if you purchase the clay we sell.  Please  note: We can not fire clay that you do not purchase from us because of the risk of different cone requirements for clays and glazes. We fire to cone 5-6.
